There seems to be a difference of opinion from people who visit here. Some feel these are huckleberries, some feel that they are blueberries. Either way, they taste great.

I am going to borrow the driving instructions from the nearby cache, "Wildfire", GCQ644:

"Go east past Skykomish and take the Foss River Road #68 near the Ranger Station.
Pavement turns to gravel in a few miles and turn left on #6830. This excellent gravel road climbs to the top of Tonga Ridge and then goes up and down to a left hand spur road at N 47 41.841 W 121 12.198
Mileage from 6830 turnoff to spur road is 12.8 miles.
All on a excellent gravel road, so any car can do this. Side spur is a bit rough and growing some greenery in the middle, but shouldn't be a problem for cars.
Take the road to the right when you come to a Y. Road end is a nice camping spot with a great view. "

I came here in late October, and the berries were still great. I had to guess on the dates that they would start ripening. I will change those dates if people go to this waymark and find out something different. Thanks.
