Terry "Tunes" Parks is an old hippie who spends his time making large and crazy sculptures in his yard. He uses old broken toys donated by kids young and old that stop by, attaching them to wire frames he builds by hand.
There's a guitar, an Easter Island head, teepee, and it's Texas so expect a giant cow skull and a light-up cowboy boot.
