Mounted over a window is a standard circular skeleton type clock with a round face. An outer ring of gold colour surrounds two black rings. Betwee the outer two are minute and fiv-minute markers in gold and between the inner two are golden Roman numerals for the hours. A black six pointed star fills the centre and the golden hands stand above it.
