An unusual small clock quite high up on the building. Unusual at least three ways - one: as it has only an hour hand, two: the Roman numeral for 4 is IV not the far more common IIII and three: The minute indicators are inside the Roman numeral hour indicators instead of the normal outside.
The clock face is black and the golden elements appear to be attached to this background. The ring of Hour numbers are attached to the outside of the minute indicators and the single hand is just long enough to point to the appropriate hour code.
