This six-story, gray brick building is intact and is in excellent condition.

700 Broadway is a truly unique five-story industrial building located in the heart of Kansas City’s Historic Garment District. Built in 1900 this building originally served as a dry goods storage warehouse for Maxwell, McClure Notion Company. Today it is home to a variety of studio lofts built around soaring wood beams, colorful brick walls, and spectacular urban views.
