Actually, they rarely make their own cement, as the local cement mixer business, just behind, has a deal, where they will drop off any excess cement, into prepared cement block moulds. The letterbox is an old manual cement mixer, and looks like it didn't even have any electric motor attached.
There is a HUGE collection of cement barricades, trough, and other moulds, so it is just as well that they don't require the letterbox anymore.
