The small zoo is managed by volunteers of the local club 'Naturhistorische Gesellschaft Nürnberg'. It was opend in 1925.
The zoo is specialized on local animals like frogs, snakes, turtules.
There's no entrance fee! It is opend on all saturdays and sundays from may till September.
