There is only open, and possibly boggy grazing land between the end of the property track, and the top of the hill where the trig is.

The views are of open grazing land, and even though the main railway line is directly below (to the south west), it cannot bee seen. The Bucketts mountain range can be seen from here, so if you bring your binoculars or theodolite you would be able to see the Gloucester Trig Point.

The trig is a white-painted concrete pedestal, with a plastic post, a little long than most, with black semi-circular vanes, that don't have any holes punched in them. There is a recess for where the name plate should be.

Access: is from The Bucketts Way at #455, and head down to the local farmer's property, and ask permission to take a walk through their farmland to the trig. Remember, that most, if not all farmers of the Gloucester region are a bit cautious of officialdom, with mining and 'Fracking' going on. I spoke with Pam, but they were thinking of putting the property for sale.
