This cemetery is located on Lakeshore Road in Houghton Township of Norfolk County, Ontario. The cemetery was formerly home to the Jacksonburg Church of England. Stone here date back to the 1840s.
In 1967 as part of a Canadian Centennial Project the cemetery was renovated with all the stone being brought into one single cement structure.
