The Rotary Park in Scottsdale is in the middle of the upscale Gainey Ranch community. The park features a couple of ramadas, an expansive playground and restrooms. In front of the restrooms, this blue painted bike affords the opportunity to lock up a bicycle. The tender notes its donation by the Rotary International. On a recent Friday afternoon the park was very busy but Land Rovers were more common than bicycles.
