The Lithgow General Cemetery is beside the Great Western Highway, on the western side of Lithgow, near Bowenfels and Littleton.
The headstone is also for the parents of Norval, Walter Alfred Heins [d. 1916], and Amy Elizabeth Heins [d. 1928].
The headstone has been here quite a while and the engraving/fill on this is not the easiest to read.
On Norval's side, it reads:
"In Loving Memory of
Norval Frederick Heins
Beloved son of
Walter & Amy Heins
Died 27th Dec. 1921,
Aged 25 years.
"Abide with Me" #
On Walter's side, it reads:
"In Loving Memory of
Walter Alfred Heins
Died 27th Oct. 1916
Aged 42 years & 10 months
Peace, Perfect Peace." #
On Amy's (Norval's Mother) side, it reads:
"In loving Memory of
Amy Elizabeth Heins
Departed this life
21st Sept. 1928,
Aged 54 years.
At Rest."
