This post has an open bar, open to the public. which opens every day at 1100 (11:00am to civilians) and closes, well, never later than state mandated closing hour; BUT may close earlier, if no customers have come in for a while, and the place is empty, no point in paying for electricity when no sales are being made.

A very good friend of mine had been the director of this post, for many, many years; he was also the Mayor of Elsberry for a couple of years.
I have ridden many miles with him on motorcycle rallies, and PGR rides for the fallen, and just for fun. He is fighting the big "C" and we all pray for him. Remember Terry Martin in your prayers.
