It is not used as milk house anymore. In the last years it was used as office and as art gallery. Actually there will soon be a museum for the history of the local carneval club 'Narrenzunft Ergenzingen'.
The word 'Milchsammelstelle' is written on the front and reverse wall.
The building is listed in the German Monument Registers.
