"Créé en 1849 l'hippodrome Haut-Marnais de Montier en Der compte parmi les plus anciens de France. Situé en Champagne-Ardenne, à quelques kilomètres seulement du lac de Der-Chantecoq, le plus grand lac artificiel d'Europe, il ouvre ses portes chaque année en été de la mi-juillet à la mi-septembre. Cinq journées y sont organisées dans les trois disciplines du trot, du plat et de l'obstacle. Apprécié d'un public familial toujours nombreux, il fait également l'unanimité auprès des professionnels pour l'accueil chaleureux qui leur est réservé et l'amélioration constante des infrastructures."
