This siren is at the same corner where the Bartlesville Junior High School is located. It is one of those that has multiple "horns" pointing all around in a circle, two rows. On the yellow box that is in-line with the cables going up to the siren is the designation CD 9. The CD is the usual logo for the Civil Defense.
