CUTTS, Elma May (nee Scharf) Living life on her own terms to the end, Elma passed away peacefully at the Osgoode Care Centre on Sunday, March 16, 2008 in her 101st year. Beloved wife of the late David George Alexander Cutts. Loving mother of the late Susan Jane and the late Ruth Elma. Survived by sister Vivian Alexander (Fred) and brother Reginald Scharf. Predeceased by her parents Abraham and Rose Scharf, as well as by brothers Ken, Lawnie, Douglas and Raymond and sisters Evelyn, Lila and Gladys. Elma will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street, Ottawa on Wednesday, March 19 from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Thursday, March 20 from 1:30 p.m. until service time in the Chapel at 2:30 p.m. Interment Pinecrest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family.
