In a clean up project for the City of Russellville, they torn down a lot of old building. Ones that were beyond recover, and placed the corner stones in a wall used to decorate the new park. Railroad Park where the contamination site used to be and needed to be clean up also.
This stone is for the Masonic Lodge, that use to stand in this small town.
