The facade is mainly white but in contrast to this there are terracotta bands and frieze art above the windows of the ground floor, the first floor and the second floor.
The most impressive freeze art is to be found in the tympanum above the central bay windows on the first floor and the main doorway.
The freeze art on the building features a 'saddle' and a grapevine design both in the tympanum areas mentioned above and in the bands running the full width of the building.
