The chimneys are on the building that was previously a large pub and is situated opposite where Stoke City's old Victoria ground used to be.
The property is now part of the premises for Changes Health and Wellbeing Centre.

The chimneys are in a row on the side of the building that runs along Boothen Road. There are four chimneys built of red brick with a raised brick pattern on each chimney. The chimney at the back has a cross shaped pattern is raised brick.
