Das Glockenspiel in der Böttcherstraße gehört zu den meist besuchten Tourismusattraktionen in Bremen. Die 30 Glocken wurden aus Meißner Porzellan gefertigt und ist das dritte seiner Art an diesem Ort. Das erste Glockenspiel wurde 1943 eingeweiht. Nach der teilweisen Zerstörung im 2. Weltkriegt wurde 1954 das zweite Glockenspiel installiert. Nach einer Stilllegung und anschließenden Restaurierung im Jahr 1990 wurde die Anlage 1991 mit den heutigen Glocken wieder in Betrieb genommen.
Das Glockenspiel erklingt:
- vom 1. April bis 31. Dezember täglich zwischen 12.00 – 18.00 zur vollen Stunde
- vom 1. Januar – 31. März täglich um 12.00, 15.00 und 18.00 Uhr

The carillon in the Böttcherstraße is one of the most visited tourist attractions in Bremen. The 30 bells were made from Meißner porcelain and is the third of its kind at this place. The first carillon was inaugurated in 1943. After the partial destruction in the 2nd World War the second carillon was installed in 1954. After a closedown and subsequent restoration in 1990, the carillon was put back into service in 1991 with the current bells.
The carillon sounds:
- from 1. April to 31. December daily between 12.00 - 18.00 on the hour
- from 1. January to 31. March daily at 12.00, 15.00 and 18.00 hours
