MONUMENT IS LOCATED IN THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF CRESCENT WAY AND MULLER STREET, 44 FT. NORTHERLY OF THE CENTERLINE OF CRESCENT AND 51 FT. WESTERLY OF THE CENTERLINE OF MULLER. MONUMENT IS SET LEVEL WITH THE SLAB."
