Fresque réalisée au printemps 2005 par Nathalie Gurd, artiste demeurant à Saint Avertin. Cette oeuvre a bénéficié du concours du Conseil Général, du mécènat de la SAUR et de la Caisse d'Epargne. C'est un hommage aux rencontres folkloriques internationales qui ont lieu chaque année dans ce parc ; elle évoque la fête, la rencontre, la danse et au delà l'ouverture aux autres, le respect de la différence, la tolérance, c'est à dire l'humanisme.
Fresco made in spring 2005 by Nathalie Gurd, artist living in Saint Avertin. This work benefited from the assistance of the General Council, the patronage of the SAUR and the Caisse d'Epargne. It is a tribute to the international folk encounters that take place every year in this park; It evokes the celebration, the meeting, the dance and beyond the opening to the others, the respect of the difference, the tolerance, that is to say the humanism.
