This station is an Arizona Department of Transportation Highway Division survey disk, located in Jerome, AZ.
It is set horizontally in the top of a 3-ft high masonry wall at a scenic parking area on AZ Rt.89A, located approx 1-mi southwest from downtown Jerome.
It is off the south side of the highway, at the southeast corner of the parking lot, about 50-ft east from the center of the roadway. The mark is also approx. 3-ft SW from a sign --DO NOT STAND ON WALL--
