One of the best things about Wisconsin is the dairy, and there's almost no better dairy in the state that the Westby Co-op. This is their main creamery location in the heart of Westby.

This farm owned creamery has been serving people since 1903. It is owned by over 200 local farms which process their dairy products here in Westby. The thousands of cows they care for are milked twice a day every day of the year. They even have a section of their products certified as organic. They are award winning to include winning a gold medal at the 2016 World Dairy Expo Championship.
