Das 1924 erbaute Gebäude wurde seit der Wende bis zum Jahre 2015 durch den Ortsrat genutzt. Heute ist es die Heimat einer Zahnarztpraxis und der Wasserwehr.
Das Gebäude entstand im Zuge der industriellen Revolution in Dessau.
Ab dem Jahre 1920 erfuhr die Stadt einen industriellen Aufschwung.
Das Gebäude hat 2 volle Etagen und ein ausgebautes Dachgeschoß mit Krüpelwalmdach. Mittig des Daches ist ein achteckiger Turm angesetzt, welcher eine Uhr beherbergt.

The building, built in 1924, was used by the local council since the reunification until 2015. Today it is the home of a dental office and the Wasserwehr.
