Older park located in the Washington Square neighbourhood of Syracuse. Ample parking available around the park perimeter.

The park was bought by the old Village of Salina in 1797. For a time it served as cemetery until dedicated for park purposes in 1839. The Village was absorbed by the City of Syracuse in 1847.

The park is also home to the Smithsonian Art Collection-recognized sculpture Lemoyne Drinking Fountain monument.

The park covers just over 3 acres of greenspace. There is a playground, basketball court, picnic pavilion and facilities and a modern playground.
