Five minutes to the north, the Colorado River cuts its serpentine canyons. In this setting, Castle Valley Inn offers visitors a place to relax and unwind in informal comfort. Five acres of grounds are maintained in orchard, lawn, fields to provide guests the “elbow room” expected in a landscape of such immensity. The distractions of city life, happily, seem far away indeed.
Castle Valley Inn is 30 minutes, or 17.5 miles from Moab along the scenic highway 128. This unique river highway runs along the southeast boundary of Arches National Park. The drive along the River, to and from the Inn, is one of the most spectacular scenic drives in the Country. You drive along at river level looking up at 1000' to 1500' cliffs. Each turn in the road gives an unbelievable new view.
