"The Cultural Centre of Viana do Castelo | Coliseum was designed by architect Eduardo Souto Moura, recently awarded the Pritzker Prize, and is housed in a new area of ??the city that still comprises the administrative buildings and Freedom Square designed by the architect Fernando Távora, and the Municipal Library designed by Álvaro Siza Vieira .This space, designed for cultural and sporting municipal and supra-municipal events, has a construction area of ??3,792 square meters with 70.1 meters of compliance, 54.1 meters wide and 9.12 meters high.
