Der Bau diese 110 Meter hohen Konzerthauses in der HafenCity in Hamburg begann im April 2007. Fertigstellung war für 2010 geplant - nunmehr ist die Eröffnung für den 11. Januar 2017 terminiert. Kosten sollte es ursprünglich € 77 Mio. - mit Stand 2013 waren es € 789 Mio.
Der Bau beinhaltete u.a. einen Großen Konzertsaal mit ca. 2100 Sitzen, einen Kleinen Saal mit 550 Sitzen sowie einen dritten Saal (Kaistudio) mit 170 Sitzen.

Construction of the building started in April 2007. Finalization was planned for 2010, now it shall be opened on 11 January 2017. The cost were estimated to € 77 mil. - the cost increased to € 789 mil.
The 110 meter tall buidling includes 3 concert halls - with 2,100 and 550 and 170 seats.
