The massive Treasury Building was built in the 1860s. In 1938 its deep an extensive basement was renovated into a space from which Winston Churchill military personnel, and trusted staff essentially ran the British effort during World War II.

These chimeras are located along the Horse Guards Road façade for this historic building in Westminster.
