The sculpture "Lyra" is located in the pool in front of the greenhouses of The Botanical Gardens. It is irrigated by water. Lyra is the work of sculptor Ladis Schwartz. It was created in 1985 as a fountain sculpture for The Botanical Gardens.

Opening hours of The Botanical Gardens:
Summer (Apr–Oct): Daily 10–18 h; closed only Sat
Winter (Nov–Mar): Mon–Fri 10–16 h; closed weekends
Admission on weekdays free, on Sundays and public Holidays in summer 3 Euro, concessions 1 Euro.
The Botanic Gardens are always closed on Saturdays.
