Marked with a witness post on the Northwest side of a Fireworks Avenue 90 degree turn, this Harrison monument marks the South Quarter Corner of Section 21.

In previous surveys Fireworks Avenue was known as Buckley Avenue. This 90 degree turn has a grassy area right before the woods. At the Northwest side of the corner is a witness post in very plain sight. At the base of the witness post was the Harrison stamped with "Quarter Corner" on it. Park on the side of the road visible from both directions.
