Found on the dirt public drive for the Sparta FOE, this disk marks the SE corner of Section 12.

Just to the SE on Hwy 21 between Sparta, WI and Angelo, WI is the public drive to go to the Sparta FOE. As you drive on this dirt road, just before you get to the corn field on the left, you will see the metal witness post for this disk. The disk is a Harrison marker placed there in 1976. The witness post is on a well groomed area of the lawn and is next to a tie for a power pole. It's stamped "Section Corner".
