This 1-1/2 inches diameter disc is found on the concrete sidewalk located at the intersection of north-south and east-west pedestrian sidewalks, approx. 18 feet south southeast of southeast corner of the Paul W. Martin Sr. Honors Building in the Middle Tennessee State University campus.

It is a relief of the school seal that designates the property line of a building in the MTSU Honors College.
