This barber pole is located to the left of the door as you are looking at the building. The building itself is a former blacksmith shop established in 1920 with the building built in 1925. Curt Wells moved into this building and established Curt's Family Hairstyling in 1974 and is still open to this day. It's one of the still operating barber shops in the small town of Sparta, Wisconsin, USA which was opened in the 1960's-70's. The pole is a classic rotating pole manufactured by the William Marvy Company, St Paul, Minnesota, USA.
