This rusticated native stone tower is located in Memorial Park Cemetery. It stands approximately 20 ft. high, with stone stairs leading to a single door. Casement windows are multi-paned. The plaque shows the date of 1936 and this construction looks suspiciously like WPA, although there is no documentation for this. A plaque has been removed from one portion of the tower, which may have held WPA evidence.

The stone plaque displayed shows the American Legion emblem and the words: "In memory of our departed comrades / 1936".
