Ornate fountain and pool located just west of Upper Lake in Hagerstown. City Park. The fountain was built when the park opened, about 1916 or so.The fountain and pool were restored by the local Rotary Club as a centennial project in 2005.
The fountain is accessible by following Buys trail in City Park, or by crossing the stone bridge from nearby Virginia Avenue.
