Largo Law Is a prominent hill in east Fife overlooking the Firth of Forth. It is a volcanic plug, 290 metres high, one of many in this part of Scotland. The views from the top are extensive, particularly to the south over the water.

STEEPNESS: Very steep once onto the hill, but relatively short and the 283 metre false summit is soon reached.

TERRAIN: Almost entirely grass on which a path has formed, although it can get muddy in wet conditions.

ACCESSIBILITY: From Upper Largo. Car park between cemetery and school on minor road north off A917. The summit can easily be reached in an hour.

NAVIGATION: The route is well signposted and waymarked around Chesterstone Farm. From the false summit there is a slight drop into a gully before climbing again, a faint path leads slightly east from the false summit, then due north up to the trig.

DANGER: Very little other than the steep climb. There are small crags west of the false summit.

Type of Trigpoint: Triangulation Pillar

Condition: Good

Number on Flush Bracket: S3152
