Das Wappen befindet sich am Pförtnerhäuschen des Städtischen Schlachthofes in Dessau. Damals war der Schlachthof ein risiger Gebäudekomplex. Heute ist das Pförtnerhäuschen die nahezu einzig Erinnerung ein einen großen Schlachthof.
