The Löhrcenter was opened in 1984. It is placed in the center of Koblenz. It has about 130 stores which are distributed on three floors. The parking house is placed on top of the malls and its three floors can take up to 1400 cars. In front of the mall is one of the two central busstations. Since the Bundesgartenschau in 2011, a railway-station is near the building. In 2016 a refurbishing has begun and it will finish in 2017.
