The only surviving mill building of the Allenville Mill in the village of Esmond.

Thought to be the cotton mill erected in 1813 by Governor Philip Allen, it is more likely this was a storehouse. It was also used as a Post Office starting in 1937, and is featured in the American Guide Series about Rhode Island.
