One of the younger posse members found this disk while skateboarding across the bridge. They kept after me to look it up but we couldn't find it on geocaching benchmarks so I told them we could post it on waymarking.  Located on S. Memorial Drive on the southwest end of the bridge. It is in the middle of the sidewalk. You can park on the southwest end of the bridge. There is a business where you can park and walk to the disk.
