Two artists from the Gifted Tones Paint and Music Lounge, Carlos Torruella and Alberto Navarro, created a mural which depicts part of the beauty of the City of Springfield and also the beauty and colorful culture of Puerto Rico.

The left side depicts some of the landmark buildings in Springfield: Basketball Hall of Fame, Tower Square, Monarch Place, Civic Center Complex (Symphony Hall-Campanile-City Hall), and the Springfield Newspapers Building. On the streets the Puerto Rico Day parade is taking place.

The right side has a rural landscape representing Puerto Rico. The rooster crowing is the logo of De Todo Un Poco Bakery on which the mural is painted. Behind the rooster art are the karst hills of Puerto Rico. On the right two men are playing dominoes.
