In a small park next to the historic Alvin RR Depot is a large rectangular pavilion with a tower. The tower has three clocks. The side of the tower facing the RR depot doesn't have a clock.

To create the clocks they put Arabic numbers at the four main positions: 12, 3, 6 and 9. In between are just dashes. The hands and number/dash combinations are black. The clocks are directly on the tower wall.
