This pristine condition dial sits outside the pump building at Meadville PA waterworks on Rogers Ferry Road.
Years back, Ellsworth, or Waterworks park existed behind the fence to the north. As a child, we would come here for my dads lunch break. Swings, see-saws, slides, and a TON of squirrels provided entertainment.
Unfortunately, money troubles in the township led to the demise of this beautiful park. What a bummer.
