Located along Forest Ave and part of Laguna Presbyterian Church is a small plaze with a couple of benches centered around a small, bronze sculpture of a mother holding her baby that sits on a concrete base. On the base is a small, bronze plaque that reads:

"THE FUNDS FOR THIS LITTLE
PLAZA WERE A GIFT TO THE
LAGUNA PRESBYTERIAN
CHURCH AND THE PEOPLE
OF LAGUNA BEACH,
TO HONOR MY WIFE

ANN VON GREMP.
W.V.G. 1984"

I couldn't find any other information on Ann Von Gremp online and whether this was a memorial dedication or just a citizen dedication. I was able to find out that her husband, Walter Von Gremp, was honored with a plaque from the local VFW for his support to them for many years, including his wife.
