The datasheet's coordinates will place you across the street. This one is very easy to locate, as it is attached to the wall of the building at the intersection of Houston and Wood Streets (southwest corner of the intersection, northeast corner of the building). In 2016, one can use the Union Station sign as a guide: The disk is behind and to the right (west) of the sign. It's where they say it is.

A STANDARD DISK, STAMPED DALLAS 1 1934 AND SET VERTICALLY.

IN DALLAS, AT THE INTERSECTION OF HOUSTON AND WOOD STREETS, SET VERTICALLY IN THE EAST FACE OF THE STONE FOUNDATION WALL OF UNION STATION, 24.7 M (81.0 FT) WEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF HOUSTON STREET, 1.0 M (3.3 FT) SOUTH THE EXTENDED CENTERLINE OF WOOD STREET, AND 0.2 M (0.7 FT) SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE BUILDING. THE MARK IS 0.6 M ABOVE A CURB.
