The clock is located in a purpose built clock tower on the ridge of the buildings roof. The clock tower is made of wood and copper with the latter having a familiar green patination.

The clock face is circular and is coloured black with a gold ring running around its edge. The hour and minute marks, also coloured gold, are painted directly onto the clock's face. The hands are a simple design and are also gold in colour.
