This Victorian post box is on the west side of Marine Parade on Great Yarmouth's seafront. It is at the junction with Trafalgar Square.

Considering the amount of salt air the box is in remarkable condition with few signs of corrosion. Like many boxes, the paint has faded and there is the usual damage to the paintwork where the big bunch of keys has swung against it when the box has been emptied.
Tell us about the area the post box is situated.:
The box is on the seafront in a typical seaside town. Bridgt lights of amusement arcades abound and the sea is a (long) stone's throw away!
