"The Tioga Center Fire Department was first organized in 1949, covering an area of approximately 60 square miles, and has proudly served and protected our community since. We are an all volunteer fire department in rural upstate New York, providing fire, EMS, and rescue services to our community as well as mutual aid services to departments as requested through our dispatch center located in Owego, NY...total calls through November are 455...New members are always needed. We need folks that work every shift (emergencies don’t only happen at night!) to cover all times of the day."
